This is an exciting time in the life of our school, celebrating the inaugural year of Alliance Christian School District (ACSD). Through this new district, God has brought together Berks Christian School and West-Mont Christian Academy - who have both been serving our communities for over 40 years - enabling us to experience the fruit of the wisdom found in Ecclesiastes, that “two are better than one.”
On May 3, our entire school district will be serving our communities for our annual Serve-a-Thon. All the students, along with teachers and parent volunteers, spend a whole day helping people throughout our local community. Over the years we have had the privilege of serving in many
places, including local churches, parks, nursing homes, various non-profit organizations, and more. This event
began 15 years ago with the Berks Christian campus and
the West-Mont campus joined last year.
The mission of Alliance Christian School District is “to enable students to discover their place in God’s story through excellent education and discipleship.” One of the key ways
for this mission to be accomplished is through our school’s scholarship programs, opening up the opportunity of Christian education for many, and keeping it more
affordable for everyone.
TUESDAY, MAY 3
YOUR GIVING CONTINUES GOD'S WORK IN AND THROUGH MY SCHOOL COMMUNITY
Your tax-deductible contribution is a true investment in my life and the lives of many others. Thank you for your consideration and generosity.
Will you help us continue to change the lives of students like me as well as the people we are serving?
Thank you for your consideration and generosity.
WHEN YOU SPONSOR ME IN THIS YEAR'S SERVE-A-THON, YOUR GIVING WILL ACCOMPLISH 2 THINGS:
First, you will be helping to cover the costs of the project I am doing in the community, so you will be impacting the lives of many people outside the ACSD community.
Second, you will help provide the needed financial support for more families to experience the blessings of Christian education through our scholarship funds that help make tuition affordable for more families. Last year, our schools raised over $60,000, helping hundreds of children access a life-changing Christian education.
