Volunteers play an important role in the life of Alliance. The way for any community to grow and thrive is when each member finds a way to serve however he/she has been wired to serve. Volunteering is not "one-size-fits-all", because every individual has unique things to offer. Your gifts and talents, your level of availability, your background, your experience - everything that makes you YOU - matters, and each person bringing what he/she has to offer to a community is a beautiful thing.
