A bit of online moral support: Did you know there is an online parenting group hosted by AXIS where you can share your own questions or struggles and receive encouragement, advice and moral support from like-minded Christian parents?

Some pieces of Scripture-based music: The book of Psalms is a written collection of texts that were originally written to be sung. Poor Bishop Hooper took on the enormous task of creating a song for each Psalm, releasing one per week for almost three years. You can now listen to all of them for FREE at EveryPsalm.com! Check out this video for a quick overview of the project.
A bit of connection through prayer: Did you know there is a place where you can connect with brothers and sisters in Christ from all over the world by praying for each other? The Upper Room Prayer Wall exists for this very purpose. If you are in need of prayer or you would like to be a part of this ministry, check it out - it is free and open to believers anywhere. You can also sign up for their free daily devotional and peruse the other resources they have on their website.
To help you ENGAGE with your kids...
A bit of free festive fun: If you've never heard of the KCB (Kids' Cookie Break) Fest, it might be worth checking out, especially if you have young kids and enjoy contemporary Christian music. Activities include bounce houses, covered wagon rides, chalk art, interactive vendor tents and more! Tickets are free and you can claim yours starting this coming Monday.
A bit of music and coffee: Would you and your family enjoy an outdoor concert featuring some amazing local artists? If so, come on out to Twin Valley Coffee Music Night...
...happening on Friday August 11 from 6-9pm at Eagleview Town Center - "a night for family, friends, relaxation and excellent music!" Assuming the music is anything like their coffee, it is sure to be the best of the best!
